In 7 days my outdoor season will officially start for 2017. To say I’m not nervous would be lying. When you have such high expatiations of yourself its hard not to get a little nervous, especially when this will be my first decathlon in 6 years.
I have had a few people ask me about my gym training and the exercises that I incorporate into my sessions.
