My name is Harry Dalton and this is an account of my return to athletics, specifically to competing in the decathlon. I’ll be telling you all about the highs and the lows.  I’ll be sharing training tips from my coaches and fellow athletes, as well as lots of other stuff like the tunes that I train to and the recipes that I cook.  I’ll also be sharing my thoughts on many other interests in my life, so this won’t be restricted to athletics.

My goal is not only for me to improve as an athlete and become the best decathlete I can, but hopefully to encourage others to become more active however they wish and to lead a healthier lifestyle.
