Overnight Oats

This is just a quick post so won’t take too long to read. I wanted something that would help my calorie intake and which was simply to make and could be eaten anytime. There are many recipes for overnight oats this is my twist.

Strawberry and Raspberry Flavoured Cheesecake Overnight Oats.

  • 2 tubs of Greek yogurt
  • 100ml of semi skimmed milk
  • 5 scoops of oats
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein (I get mine from MYPROTEIN)
  • half a tub of strawberries
  • half a tub of raspberries
  • half a pack of almonds
  • handful of chia seeds


Step 1) put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together

Step 2) Divide into 6 jars, I use 330ml jars with about 250ml in each

Step 3) Put into the fridge and leave overnight.

Enjoy the following day either as a breakfast or dessert. I tend to have this as a desert after my dinner or after a hard-running session.  I hope you enjoy it.
